This week we did a DEEP dive into a branded partnership that we pulled out of. We don't stand for bad behaviour. We love working with women. We have a really good record of working with women. Women have been kind, thoughtful, generous and excited and there has been a mutual respect from both sides whether you are the talent, the brand, the agent or the manager. But there are some exceptions. If we continue to let these exceptions slide we are never going to change things for the next group of people. You can be a firm, successful, professional woman who treats the people in business with respect and get your concerns out without being a bully. Know your standards and know your values. If you can take responsibility and find out why it didn't work out for you and didn't work out for them, at least there is closure. Bottom line, not everyone is looking out for you.
