In this episode, we are speaking with Courtney Gray, a weight loss coach for women who want to lose weight permanently. In her program she uses mindset and strategy, and her clients lose weight without deprivation and giving up all the foods they love.
Courtney believes that how women feel about their body reflects out to all areas of their life. This is why, after her clients lose weight with her process, they find their whole life up levels. They feel more confident, empowered, and at peace in every area.
Courtney believes something amazing happens when women decide how they want to look and feel in their body and then they start living in a way that supports that vision. Not by going on a diet or restricting themselves to lose weight and then eventually gaining it back. This is not the way. She works with her clients to choose powerful new habits that they can implement and sustain for the rest of their lives.
Courtney’s coaching centers around mindset and self-mage. She believes that a person’s thoughts create their habits and daily routines, which create the results in their life. Courtney believes that when women learn how to intentionally think and choose what they want to believe, their life levels up in every way.
When it comes to helping her clients lose weight for the last time, Courtney believes it is an exciting, loving, and transformational process.

In this episode, we speak with Jill Wright, a mindset mentor, time management guru, and alignment coach for moms looking to reconnect to the version of themselves that doesn't just go by the name "mom". She knows what it is to put your own dreams and goals on the back burner because of the demands of a young family. But here's the truth - it doesn't have to be that way!
Experiencing post-partum depression, anxiety, and adrenal burnout as she started her journey of motherhood and entrepreneurship was enough to throw Jill into a tailspin. As she dug into the work to re-align and rediscover herself she felt called to share the knowledge and tools she was learning with other moms who were struggling with the same things: overwhelm, chaos and guilt. Jill did ALOT of soul searching and personal growth work during this time and came up with a simplified, "mom-friendly" version of goal setting and time management ; a shortcut to help her achieve her goals, find balance and reconnect with herself.
Today she's passionate about supporting a community of high-achieving women who want to find harmony between motherhood and living out their own personal dreams. Jill teaches moms who have lost themselves in the process of parenting through the pandemic how to claim back their lives. Even though our external circumstances are not likely to change, and are often out of our control (hello covid and toddlers), we can be empowered to reclaim our joy and find the confidence to go for our dreams.

In this episode, we are speaking with Molly Asplin Coach and Founder of Happy Fit Mom. After 7 years of working in corporate finance with a background in Accounting, Molly found herself waking up every morning thinking “there has to be something more”. While she appreciated her coworkers and her company, she wanted to directly impact the lives of others. She felt complacent and surface-level happy, like life was on autopilot and she was going through the motions. She felt bored, yet overwhelmed, with busy days but mundane outcomes.
She knew there was something more that she wanted to give to the world. She found herself wanting more time flexibility in her daily schedule beyond the corporate conference calls, spreadsheets, and keeping up with emails. She wanted to create meaning through her work that made her feel passionate and live in alignment with her priorities.
Looking for a solution, she started working on herself — her nutrition, fitness, and daily personal development. She found that these daily habits created productivity, energy, and opened her eyes to a future career. She surrounded herself with others who were growing, and in doing so, she sensed a large need to mentor other over-achieving females who wanted the same things she did — to feel healthier, happier, and live life with more meaning and purpose.
Today she leads a team of over 1,200 coaches, helping other women find more fulfillment in life. She is a firm believer in helping women create options for their families - financial flexibility, location flexibility, and time flexibility - so that they wake up every morning feeling peace, excitement, and purpose.
When she’s not helping high-achieving women, she finds joy in fitness, reading, running outside, hiking, and spending time with her family at the lake. Molly lives with her husband Steve and their 2 young girls in Minneapolis, MN.
