  • #012: How To Actually Deal with Cravings
Hannah has survived surgery and we are BACK! We’re talking cravings - what
to do with them, what they mean, and how to reframe our struggle with them.
Instead of living at war with our cravings (trying to suppress them, beat
them, avoid them), Hannah and I have learned to deal with them in a way
that feels much healthier. We also veer a little off course to get really
real with you guys. We talk about things like weight gain, thinking about
certain foods as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ for you, and much, much more.

  • #011: Happy #MealPrepMonday!
Is anyone else going ham right now on #MealPrepMonday?! Hannah and I may or
may not be, depending on the Monday. However, we do have a butt ton of
experience meal prepping and batch cooking, and we’re here to share that
with you. But not just that. We’re here to get real about the not-so-great
sides of meal prep and how we overcame them. In this episode, we talk about
all things meal prep: Meal prep communities, what we like about food prep,
what we don’t, and when we knew it was time to stop. We both went from
being meal prep #goals to making our OWN goals about what we wanted our
relationship with food to look like. And you can, too.

  • #010: Before and After Transformations
NBR has hit double digits! In the 10th episode of Nut Butter Radio, we talk
transformations-- before and after photos of any and all kinds. Fitness
journeys often get illustrated in ways that can be confusing and
discouraging. The comparison game gets tempting, and suddenly, we find
ourselves wanting to join whatever workout program they’re doing so we can
    transform, too.

  • #009: Dining Out Intuitively
This week’s episode is SUPER special, because we got to record in-person
together! Hannah visited Holly in the Big Apple, the city that never
sleeps, the concrete jungle, and we had the most fun during her visit. In
years past, we might not have had such an easy, carefree time eating and
going out in the city because of food and fitness stressors. This is due in
part to the fact that there are lots of articles out there about “How To
Stay On Track While Traveling” or “How To Eat At Restaurants Without
Breaking Your Diet”, etc., so we answer those questions and debunk these
myths for you. We talk about what it looks like to actually be "healthy"
while eating out and breaking from your routine.

  • #008: Let's Talk Injuries
Welcome to Episode 8 of Nut Butter Radio! This week, we're talking all
about injuries, FitBit steps, exercising for health & longevity vs.
exercising for how you look, rest days, limiting time with people who have
unhealthy mentalities around exercise, and why Holly has been kicked off of
Uber. How do you deal when you get physically hurt? What happens if you
want to exercise on an injured limb? Does it matter if you don't get to
    10,000 steps in a day?
