Intuitive eating is hard. We get that. It’s taken us a long time to work through the nuts and bolts of it all and start tuning into what our bodies REALLY need, instead of what we’ve all been trained to THINK they do. We’re still working on it! But we want to share our wisdom so you can feel as empowered as we do to make caring, compassionate food choices in your daily life. Sometimes, intuitive eating is eating a bag of chips on your couch. Other times, it’s cooking yourself a vegetable-filled meal on a Sunday just ‘cause. And other times, it’s eating a bland sandwich at the airport because that’s all that’s available.
Eating intuitively always looks different. But one thing that’s always the same about it? It feels incredible. In this episode, we talk all about how to do it, roadblocks we’ve hit along the way, misconceptions about intuitive eating, and so much more.
