Adam works with a lady that was applying for a job that would involve relocating to a home and a new life. She had a couple of final parts of the interview process and was worried about self-sabotage and there was a slight fear of rejection as part of this recruitment process. 

Adam uses a metaphor of an obstacle course and a tribe of chimpanzees to enable her to see herself benefiting from the process irrespective of the outcome so that she can find her true role to be impactful and to find a tribe where she belongs.
