Things get a little “political” on this episode of Para(normal) as Nicolina and Cody chat about some of the craziness happening in their country of Canada. But these aren’t the only chilling stories to be discussed. In fact, this episode will shake you to the core as Nicolina tells the haunting legacy of the Paul Bern and Jean Harlow house, also later home to Jay Sebring and Sharon Tate. And where Sharon apparently saw the apparition of her own murderous fate in 1966. Did the house have anything to do with the sudden demise of its one-time occupants? We may never know, but Cody’s on the case.

On this episode of Para(normal) Nicolina and Cody welcome special guest Steffi Didomenicantonio on the show, who happens to be much more famous than Cody (if you can believe it). You’re feeling unwell, your eyes are gaunt, your skin is pale, things are looking grim. Naturally something sinister is at play…a vampire, perhaps? Well, that’s what the citizens of New England thought in the 1800s as “consumption” otherwise known as tuberculoses spread across the country killing 25 percent of the population. In this episode of Para(normal), Nicolina tells Cody the legend of Mercy Brown and the New England vampire panic, which drove the hunt for the “undead” and the belief that vampires were the root cause of this deadly disease.
Disclaimer: Para(normal) does not believe in fighting against COVID-19 the same way that mass hysterics tried to fight “consumption” in the 1800s, and you should not take the advice of Cody Crain (or any podcast personality for that matter) on issues that require science and the assistance of extensive medical professionals. The end.
