They discuss how the true narcissist has an overriding sense of entitlement in the divorce, which they cannot be talked out of and which doesn't subside at all over time. Nick makes the point that it is particularly hard to spot covert narcissists on the 'other side' because what might look like a sense of entitlement could actually be an aggressive stance taken by their lawyers, rather than by the client themselves.
