Episode 63. Patience.

All we need is just a little patience. That's what Guns N' Roses said at least. And they were close. We need more than patience. But we do definitely need some patience. This episode is all about one of the essential ingredients to success in running. And it's an important episode because so many runners misconstrue what patience really means. It's not inaction. It's not wasting time. It's not being detached or complacent wither. Patience demands perseverance. And it demands courage and hope. And all of those things help you become a better runner... and a better person too. So, enjoy the episode and please be patient with some of my rambling. You'll be better for it.
