As you start to focus on your breath, feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest. Inhale deeply, allowing the breath to fill your lungs, and exhale slowly, releasing any tension. Bring your awareness to the present, letting go of thoughts about the past or future.
Now, shift your attention to different parts of your body.
Feel the sensations in your toes, your feet, your legs, and gradually move up to your head. Notice any areas of tension and invite them to relax. Let your body be fully present in this moment.
Engage your senses. Listen to the sounds around you—the rustle of leaves, distant birdsong. Feel the temperature of the air on your skin. Notice any scents that may be present. Let each sense anchor you in the present moment.
Your breath is a constant reminder of the present, grounding you in the now.
Acknowledge any thoughts that arise without judgment. Imagine them as clouds passing through the sky of your mind. Observe them, but let them drift away. Your focus remains on the gentle rhythm of your breath.
