Penny is the education manager at WPBT2 South Florida PBS, where she created and
oversees the production of an online program for pre-school teachers and kids called KidVision PreK.

She has been studying martial arts since 1973 and is currently a 7th Degree Black Belt and was
also a long time member of the USAF Board Of Governors.
