Bryce Harper and Jesus Luzardo lead the Phillies to 5th-Straight win, beating the Rockies, 7-4.  

Jesus Luzardo battled through six innings in the win, allowing one run on two hits and three walks while striking out 10. He used 105 pitches to improve to 5-0 and drop his ERA to 1.95 on the season. Luzardo’s three walks and 105 pitches both match his season highs.  

The lefty’s efforts were backed by another solid night for the Phillies offense. Bryce Harper got the scoring started right out of the gate in the first inning with a two-run double.  

After Nick Castellanos added a sac fly RBI in the 1st and Max Kepler drove in a run on an RBI double in the 5th, the Phils really poured it on in the 7th.  

Kyle Schwarber belted his 17th homer of the season to center to start the inning, then Alec Bohm drove in two more on a single to left. Brandon Marsh continued his hot run with an RBI single to left to give the Phillies a 7-1 edge.  

Phillies will try to clinch ANOTHER series when they take on the Rockies in game three of this four game series Wednesday night at 8:40. Taijuan Walker starts against 24-year-old rookie Carson Palmquist.
