Zack Wheeler threw a complete game one-hitter as the Philadelphia Phillies beat the Cincinnati Reds, 3-1.  

 

Wheeler's only mistake came in the 5th inning on a 3-1 fastball to former Phillie Austin Hays who loaded up and smacked it 377 feet to right field for the first (and only) blemish on Wheelers day.  

 

Kyle Schwarber took Wheeler off the hook in the bottom of the 5th with an RBI single.  

 

Then in the bottom of the 8th, with the score still tied at one and Wheeler in danger of not recording a win despite his outstanding efforts. Bryson Stott made sure his starter got the "W." Stott crushed a 2-2 fastball to right for a two run homer.  

 

Phillies took the game, 3-1 and the series two games to one.
