Having lost over 80 lbs., she confessed to Pam it was always hard being overweight — not being able to do the activities she wanted to do or fit the clothes she wanted to wear. So, in order to lose this weight, she had to "pick her hard." She had to decide: is it harder to keep the weight on, or is it harder to take it off?
