Find Ayten:Ayten Salahi, MS, RDN is a GI-specialized Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), culinary nutritionist, and intersectional food policy advocate. Through her private practice, Aysa Nutrition, Ayten works extensively with individuals following, or aspiring to follow, plant-based diets while managing various GI conditions. She is Monash University trained in application of the Low FODMAP Diet for IBS, and has adapted her learnings from this training to the specific needs of plant-predominant eaters, athletes, and women's health, with an anti-diet and health-at-every-size focus. In addition to her practice, she is Founder and Executive Director of the Planetary Health Collective, a grassroots organization which aims to incubate leadership potential among nutrition professionals in sustainable food and climate efforts.
