Hey guys, hope you all had an amazing Christmas! We can FINALLY say that 2020 has come to an end, but it hasn't all been bad. We've had a huge year on the PLT podcast and wanted to celebrate by recapping some of our fave moments! She gave us the low-down on writing for some of the biggest artists including Mabel, Gorgon City and Offset, how she broke into the Music industry and all the lessons she's learnt along the way.

This month, our theme is 'Be Creative' and so we HAD to chat to TikTok star, Eloise Fouladgar. She spilt the tea on THAT milk bath video, joining the Wave House, and how she stays confident on the internet.

To continue with our 'Be Confident' theme, this week Nat is joined by the one and only Jordyn Woods. She opened up about how this past year has affected her, her body confidence journey, and the pressures she has faced being in the spotlight.

Our guest today is Tess Daly, a 32-year old make-up and fashion influencer, who suffers a rare genetic condition and now uses a wheelchair. We spoke to Tess about her disability, the lack of representation of disabled people in the industry and how she has built up her confidence over the years.

This week, Nat is joined by Scientist and Love Island star, Yewande Biala. She explains how she went from developing vaccines to applying for a reality show, the struggles she has faced online, and how all of this has affected her confidence.
