That’s why I started Emotional Comfortwear (ECW)—a mental health nonprofit dedicated to ensuring everyone feels supported, no matter what they’re facing. After watching my 10-year-old sister struggle with self-harm and an eating disorder, I knew I had to do something to help others who might feel alone in their support for mental health struggles.
