• The people who build the biggest real estate portfolios are the ones who come across and analyze a large number of deals every single week. It’s about the deal flow.
• Do not lose sight of the forest for the trees! If a property looks to be a high-potential one, don’t just lose the deal for the finer elements such as minor repairs or other such issues.
