Michelle and I have a lot in common!
We are both huge animal lovers and *slightly* obsessed with our dogs. We love our yoga and have both trained as yoga teachers and we both of course love running!
In this episode, Michelle and I chat about how she got started with running, what she has been able to apply in her own running from completing the run coaching course, how she brings together yoga and running and a little about her journey with mental illness and how running has (and continues to have) a role in this aspect of her life.

As a runner, there is likely going to be a time when you aren't able to be running.
Injury is a common experience among runners but there are lots of other things that come up in life that take us out of the running game: work, pregnancy, illness, family situations, travel and many others.
Through my own experiences and seeing others struggle through periods when running isn't possible, I wanted to share some tips and strategies that I have used to get through the tough period when running isn't possible.
Listen in and hear more about my top tips for what to do when you can't run:
Head over to Instagram and let me know what strategies you have used to get through a time out from running.
