Updating the judge's rulings in the Kouri Richins hearing

Beginning the backstory on the Matthew Restelli case. He was killed in American Fork, UT in what investiogators say was an ambush. Evidence from the crime scene and electronics reveal this was no self-defense claim as her brother, Kevin Ellis, claimed. He is charged with Matt's murder.

Matt's wife Kathryn Restelli and her mother Tracy Grist were arrested last month in the murder. In an all too familiar Adelson scenerio, Kathryn wanted to stay in UT with her mother and was unhappy in her marriage. Let's read the probable cause affidavits & get the timeline as best we can.
