Rebekah Rotstein, NCPT, is a highly respected movement educator and industry leader in Pilates, bone health, and movement education. After receiving a diagnosis of osteoporosis at the age of 28, she channeled her expertise as a certified Pilates instructor and former ballet dancer into researching and creating the medically-endorsed Buff Bones® system. This exercise method focuses on bone-strengthening, balance, and functional movement, and she now travels the world presenting at conferences and training instructors in her research-supported approach to preventing and managing bone and joint issues.
Dr. Jennifer Han is a PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy), a Board-Certified Clinical Pharmacist and an expert in nutrition and medication therapy. She is the Co-founder of Seen Nutrition, a company that develops real-food supplements. She previously served as a clinical pharmacist and co-managed the interdisciplinary pain program at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Her personal experience with pre-menopausal osteoporosis inspired her to co-found Seen Nutrition to focus on creating more bioavailable calcium supplements for bone health. Due to her advanced training and board-certification in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy (BCACP), she has expertise in treating chronic conditions like diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and pain, with a specific focus on nutrition and diet.
