People like to affiliate with the people and companies they feel will enhance their careers. Kay Evans discusses how this influenced not only her career at Keller Williams, but how she embodied that mindset in her Profit Share journey.
Kay shares her journey into real estate, entering the Atlanta area knowing only two people growing the Keller Williams Southeast region.
She talks about the abundance mindset versus scarcity — establishing yourself as a leader building great relationships as opposed to “one person wins and one person loses” when you’re working with other agents.
It’s not about selling people on the company, it’s about building great relationships. Kay talks about being a head turner — someone everyone wants to work with; be that person and you’ll find success! She notes that KW is so much more than profit share, quoting Linda: “you have to stop worrying about what you’re doing TO someone, and recognize what you are doing FOR them.”
Kay is a giver, a teacher, an influencer, and a relationship builder. She has always lived her life outside her comfort zone to build an amazing career and life.
