24. There are many differing, confusing accounts on what manifestation is and how it works, but I think it's fairly simple. In order to manifest, we have to:
1) work through our shit
2) be honest about what we want
3) take aligned action
I also share my personal daily manifestation routine that has worked for me time and time again.
MANIFESTATION CHALLENGE: this week, take the first step towards manifesting your dream life and get started on those lists. Split a sheet of notebook paper into thirds and write the following: on one third, write what's holding you back from believing you deserve good things. On the next third, get detailed about what you picture in your dream life. On the final third, brainstorm ideas for how you can start taking aligned action. And I want to see!!!
