On too many new coach's websites, I’m seeing either:
1. No lead magnet but instead an offer for a free call high up on the website. Truly, offering a free call as a first offer is like asking a first date to meet your parents. It’s too much too soon. There’s a better way.
2. Or a lead magnet that with a Google search for the topic would turn up hundreds of thousands of articles on the same concept. So not unique enough.

Have you decided what format you’ll use for your coaching? It’s simple but important.
There are tradeoffs to all 3 real time methods — in person, on web cam, or simply by phone. (For the sake of this episode, I’m not going to talk about coaching online through writing. While I have coached some through writing it’s my belief that real coaching is done in real time, where you and your client can hear each other and respond.

After choosing a niche, the #1 problem coaches face is attracting enough clients who are able and ready to hire them. Some days you feel like you’re working so hard and there’s this sense that no one is out there noticing. It’s de-motivating to say the least.
