 Our first jobs were our crash course in customer service, confidence, and pretending to look busy. And while they gave us our first taste of independence, they also revealed the tougher side of work: harsh managers, inappropriate encounters, and boundaries we didn’t yet know how to set.
 In this episode we’re asking how our teenage shifts shaped the adults we became. What did we learn about work ethic, confidence, and self-worth?
