In today’s episode, we chatted with Dr. Gia Grier McGinnis, DrPH, MS, who works as the Executive Director for Center for Community, Service,and Justice & the York Road Initiative at Loyola University of Maryland. She got her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Washington College. She then got her Master of Science in Natural Resources and Environment (with a focus on Environmental Justice) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and worked for a few years before pursuing and getting her DrPH at Morgan State University.
