This week’s guest is Antony “Twig” Rose, in 2025, Twig completed the Centurion 100‑mile Slam and the Centurion Winter Downs 100, stacking up an astonishing five 100‑mile races in a single year. He achieved all of it while living with Parkinson’s disease.
