Wrapping up season 1, I finally talk about the traumatic events of 2021 that sent me on the journey to discover myself and my narcissistic personality disorder. This is a very hard episode for me and you can probably hear it in my voice and how I make a lot of mistakes. I had to do it in one take because otherwise, I wouldn’t have done it.

Hi, I’m a covert narcissist in therapy. After I was diagnosed with my personality disorder and have accepted the facts, I wanted to learn more about it and found plenty of resources for Victims of Narcissistic abuse, but little to no resources for Covert Narcissists themselves. So I decided to use my insights and learnings to on the one hand give victims of narcissistic abuse an unfiltered view into my brain and maybe help them heal, but mostly to reach out to other Covert Narcissists who are trying to be less toxic.
