On this special episode of Queer Chronicles, we bring together some notable *adult* guests: actress, activist and drag queen Miss Peppermint; ACLU lawyer and trans rights activist Chase Strangio; and activist, community organizer, drag queen and founder of the non-profit Southern Fried Queer Pride, TAYLOR ALXNDR.

After feeling exhausted by advocacy work, Daniel and Libby wanted to make a powerful statement rooted in the celebration of trans youth. On May 22, 2023, they invited 50 youth from across the country to their own special prom in front of the US Capitol, a beautiful and bold display of trans joy.

There haven’t always been many representations of queer love in the media for youth to look up to. So they often forge their own path. In this episode, Indigo tells us all about his girlfriend, how he defines love, and what it takes to make a relationship work.

Trans health care for youth has been in the news a lot lately. In this episode, we have a roundtable discussion about hormone replacement therapy: the experience of it, the hurdles to accessing it, and the ways it can expand our thinking of gender expression and feeling at home in your body.
