In this episode we bring you to the Košice Marathon in Slovakia -Europe’s Oldest Marathon. Plus, Coach Angie shares tips on how to train to beat course cut-offs.

The Košice Marathon started in 1924 after Vojtech Bukovsky visited the Olympic Games in Paris. A few weeks later he organized the first Košice Marathon on October 28th 1924, one hundred years ago!
