What actions and thought patterns are you passing down to your children? How we show up as parents directly influences our children and the adults they become.

In today’s episode,  I am sharing with you an interview that I did on the Stay Grounded podcast with Raj Jana. Through his podcast, Raj shares powerful conversations with a variety of thought leaders and I am honored that he wanted to speak with me about my passions. Soon, I will be the one interviewing Raj and you will get to learn more about his personal journey to alignment and how he took control of creating his life. 

In this episode, Raj and I talk about my passion for instilling mindset tools into children at a young age in order to raise them with confidence. Raj asks me about the challenges I see children facing today, why it’s important to teach our children to live each day with intention, how I learned to work through triggers, and examples of how I parent my daughters. Our children’s experience growing up with technology and social media is so different from what many of us grew up with and it’s frustrating to see the effects that it has had on their mental health, presence, and confidence. I hope this conversation with Raj gives you a greater insight into why I am passionate about raising children with the right tools so they can live a life true to their core values.
