Luke Entrup is a coach, teacher, father, founder of the Contemplative Leadership Institute, and the creator of The Father Son Connection Experience, a rite-of-passage experience for boys aged 10-14 and their father figures designed to help boys navigate the shift from childhood to the teen years, and deepens the bond between fathers and their sons. Luke and Larry discussed the importance of rites of passage—ceremonial demarcations of passing certain stages of life.

Luke said that raising good men is a long and arduous process that requires a lot of effort and dedication. He said it is important to remember that connection is the key to raising good men. By having positive role models in our lives, you can help your sons to develop a strong sense of self and a strong sense of purpose. We should also provide them with the opportunity to participate in rites of passage and to experience the feeling of accomplishment that comes with it.
