This episode is all about permitting yourself to take a day for YOU—whether that looks like rest, planning, social time, or just doing whatever makes you feel best. Because you work hard, and you deserve it.

  • Episode 149: You Freak Out at 1% Battery… But What About Your Own Energy?

It’s the end of January—how are we feeling? Did we stick to our goals, or did life get in the way? Either way, we’re not here to be hard on ourselves. Instead, we’re growing and learning what works for us.

In this episode, we’re talking about energy management—how we panic when our phone battery hits 1% but ignore when our mind, body, or soul is drained. Why do we treat our phones with more urgency than ourselves? We’ll dive into recognizing burnout, building daily habits that recharge us, and setting boundaries to protect our energy.

  • Episode 146: Time to Level TF Up – Hello, 2025

It is the final episode of Raising Serotonin for 2024!

As we close out the year, it’s time to reflect, reset, and prepare to level up for a transformative 2025. Whether 2024 was productive, challenging, or somewhere in between, this episode will help you take the lessons you’ve learned and use them as fuel to grow into your best self in the new year.

Reflecting on the past year, it’s important to remember that growth is a process. Maybe 2024 wasn’t your best year, but that’s okay. It’s all about what you take away from the experience and how you move forward.

Personally, I found 2024 to be a mixed bag—it wasn’t great, but it wasn’t terrible either. I learned so much, and I’ve decided to leave behind the things that didn’t work for me as I head into 2025.

This mindset is key for leveling up: recognizing what no longer serves you and letting it go.

If you’re feeling stuck or unsure about your direction, I encourage you to take some time to sit with yourself and reflect. You don’t have to have all the answers right away—growth takes time.

But remember, you deserve to make the small shifts that will bring you closer to the life you want. Whether that’s starting a new habit, pursuing a passion, or simply being more present, do it because you love yourself enough to make those changes.

As we step into 2025, my hope for you is that you recognize how amazing you truly are. You’re capable of so much, and this year is your opportunity to thrive. Thank you for being part of the Raising Serotonin community.

I’ll see you in 2025—let’s level up together!
