My team is focused on finding and vetting stable, income producing assets to lend against and to purchase as we grow and manage our portfolio. We value professionalism, relationships and win-win transactions.

My own investment career started in 2005 as a part time gig and I made the transition from Mechanical Engineer to real estate entrepreneur in late 2007. My wife and I have been working the business together ever since and we love it!

My engineering skills have been very beneficial in building the systems, processes and team necessary to grow a solid lending business and portfolio. From identifying assets and vetting them to funding and closing the deal - each step follows a checklist and the whole process flows from beginning to end.

We primarily focus on real estate assets in the Southeast region. If you are buying or selling in this area I'd love to connect and see how we may collaborate.
