𝗚𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵⁣⁣The microbiome is composed of much more than just bacteria. We must first realize that by improving our gut health, we are allowing our body to thrive in an optimized set of nutrients which are absorbed through our gut, thus benefitting EVERY organ, not just our skin. For now the focus should be inflammation above else because this truly is the foundation of studying the microbiome and is where we will find real answers about our gut-skin axis.⁣⁣⁣How can we expect to understand the microbiome if we don’t even understand our immunology as it pertains to the existence of the microbes found in our body?
