Leka shares her story and how she got started in real estate investing after coming to the U.S. from India. As of today Leka has has done tens of millions in transactions, flips, and more and she’s just getting warmed up. But that wasn’t always the case.

Leka also sheds some light on her first deal and what a learning experience it was rather than the massive success she was looking for. She came back with the lessons learned and has been killing it ever since. There’s a lot we can all learn from this kind of tenacity.
