1. INCREASED AWARENESS OF EMOTIONAL BODY: During September you will notice emotions coming up more and more, not only for yourself, but for those around you. We are being invited to sit with these emotions and let them move through us, rather than ignore them or try to “get rid” of them. You will notice the concept of co-regulation coming up more and more as we step into unity consciousness and realize how connected we are. Inflammatory circumstances that before seemed beyond your control will now feel easy to regulate/diffuse through intention and regulation of your own nervous system.

2. EMPOWERING SENSE OF GLOBAL INTERCONNECTEDNESS: For empaths, a connection to trauma or disaster in places around the world has been difficult to navigate. Many people feel as if they are very impacted by people/circumstances in far away places simply by reading it on the news. Because we are beginning to release programs of disempowerment, however, we will begin to take advantage of this sense of interconnectedness in order to make positive change, rather than fearing the absorption of the trauma to our personal detriment.

3. INCREASED ACCESS TO ABUNDANCE: August was a month of release and activation and then more release and activation. A huge theme was abundance. But do we stop leaning into that theme just because August is over? No! We continue to seek out ways to expand our ability to receive and start to bring into the physical realm our ideas!! No more leaving it to thoughts…it’s time to birth it into the physical world.

4. REBIRTH: For some, this will feel like starting over…for others it will feel like a relief…and for yet others, it will be an energy that allows them to see the world through new eyes, like a newborn baby.
