Through our time building and growing our private practices, we’ve identified a number of areas where we’ve been slowed down, distracted, disrupted, or ignored our physical needs… but we’ve also come up with simple daily solutions that keep us on track and working at our best (many of which take under five minutes).
As an IBCLC, there are several key aspects where life hacks shine—from taking care of your body to managing your business logistics to nurturing your emotional and spiritual needs, there are small, powerful ways to get around the overwhelm while still making sure you tick off everything on your To-Do list.
