Is it time to level up?

It must be in the air.

Or maybe it’s the current astrology. (Eclipse season anyone?)

It seems everyone I speak to these days,( including myself btw), is down for a level-up of some kind.

Whether it’s moving across the globe, a break up (lovers, friends, biz partners etc), a career change, a re-brand, a home makeover, a style makeover, a detox a fitness or nutritional challenge, changes are happening!

And that’s a beautiful thing.

Life never lets us stay stagnant for very long.

It’s become clear that the old way isn’t working anymore.

 For many of us. 

Our desire (our life force) is calling us forward into a bolder, more vibrant, authentic expression of who we came here to be.

When we're craving a level-up type of transformation, it always requires some inner work; an identity shift on some level.

But to feel good in our skin that shift’s gotta be in alignment with our truth; a deeper dive into who we are.

Everything you need is already inside of you. 

Cliche, I know. Feel free to give me an eye roll here:)

But it’s a hill I’m willing to die on.

We’re bombarded with messaging that points us in the opposite direction of where we actually need to go.

Which of course is within.

What I often see in the area of transformation and identity shift work seems a bit performative to be honest.

Instead of taking on a new persona of who we “think” we should be (or who Instagram tells us we should be) which usually creates strong vibes of anxiety, overwhelm and perfectionism, I like to see it as an involution.

A deepening into remembering the highly nuanced magic and mystery of you.

Your true essence.

Your sacred desires.

Here’s something I’ve learned about transformation; If it ain’t in alignment, it ain’t gonna stick.

And then we blame ourselves.

Which really sucks.

So how do we tune into that true north alignment?

Through pleasure of course!

Your inner Goddess holds all the keys.

Perhaps instead of level-up we should call it Goddess-Up.
