Ali worked in the corporate world for many years but after the 2008 economic crash she rerouted her career and started interning in the entertainment industry. After working as a PA for the likes of Oliver Stone and on shows such as 30 rock, she moved to California where her styling career kicked off. 

Her passion and work ethic eventually led her to Bravo’s show “ Stripped”, a show which Ali describes as a “pivotal moment for my soul”. 

After the show, she started feeling sick in some places and around some people but didn't understand what was going, it was her publicist who let her know it was because she was awakening, and even though everything they talked about sounded crazy her whole body was telling her it was true, which is why she decided she couldn’t style anymore: “I called her and said I couldn’t style anymore, it was the first thing that came out of my mouth. I didn’t even know I was going to say that.” 

The transition to sharing her journey as a mom on social media and to share her platform to raise awareness for causes such as child sex trafficking came easily.

On this episode I invited Jennifer Longmore, the founder of the #1 Akashic Record Training School in the world. I connected with her instantly after hearing her podcast so I reached out and we've worked together ever since.  
As I’m sure many can relate, when she was younger she felt her psychic abilities were a curse,  but the more she resisted it the less it went away so she eventually leaned into it. 

For years she worked in forensics in what she describes as a “massive servitude cycle” giving way more of herself than she was compensated for until she started her own business when “the akashic records came knocking at my door”. 

Fast forward to now, she is leaving no stone unturned as far as her purpose and has finally realized that  it isn’t her job to awaken people, since 2020 has been the wake up call for many. “Believing in universal laws, we have to trust that it's going to happen if it's meant to happen” That is why she is working with people on a mission, only linking arms with those who are fully awake and pursuing their destiny.

On this episode  I invited Jenny Miller, astrologist, intuitive guide and healer, to talk about astrology and the aspects we can expect through 2022 and the next few years.

Jenny took on corporate jobs for years, which she describes as “bad boyfriend’s”, always feeling like there was something off in the path she was taking. The biggest challenge for her to take the plunge and go down her own path was the fear of losing stability by jumping into the unknown but as she says,  “it’s about deprogramming those limits”.  Not only our own, but the limits and fears our families can pass on to us.

She realized she had psychic abilities and could tap into her intuition early on, when she started experiencing intense prophetic dreams. Afterwards, she started studying astrology because “you have a blueprint of somebody’s soul” and that combines very well with a psychic reading.

Jenny tells us that astrologically and energetically, we are moving into the age of Aquarius, which is all about tapping into YOUR OWN VOICE.  We’re also in a new beginning phase that started January 12th 2020 and which will last 16 years, heavily marked by a redistribution of power and “moving into new conditions of reality”.

“Aquarius is the energy of going inward …and coming back to sovereignty.”

In March 2023, Pluto will be moving into Aquarius bringing a major shift in personal perception and we’ll be seeing more people going inward, which is essential for mental health.

As we move into 2026 people will be forced to look into wellness as a whole. Going back to nature will be key, as well as using tools such as breath-work and being conscious of what you’re putting into your body. The big energetic shift of this year going into 2022, started on December 23rd 2021: The square between Saturn and Uranus, which brings tension and movement going forward.

Finally, we talk about February 2022 will bring a Pluto return where we can expect a reckoning. Where there have been wrongs done they will be righted at this time.

On this episode I invited Colleen Suchecki, who’s had a remarkable journey healing her ancestral trauma so that she wouldn’t pass it on to her children. Her story really illustrates what ancestral trauma means and is a true example of the miracles that can happen when you really get support and do the work. 

Colleen reached out to me in June 2021 so that I could guide her through her healing process with my metamorphoses program after living the worst year of her life.
In 2020 she started experiencing extreme and debilitating panic attacks that had her feeling like she was “deep in the underworld”,as she describes it, connecting again with repressed emotions from childhood trauma. 

After her “10 month hibernation period” she knew she wanted to do things differently in every aspect of her life and one of the things that the metamorphosis program helped her realize was how she was continuously butting heads with her daughter. 

After months of doing the work and showing up for herself  her relationship with her daughter completely changed, and as she says it: “it was through the breathwork”. She also rediscovered her purpose and is now dedicated to helping other families do the “parent-child karma cleanse” so that trauma is not passed on from one generation to the next. 

One of the most impactful takeaways she's had from the metamorphosis program was the need to stop micromanaging everything and everyone: “I’ve been able to let go and surrender, and the synchronicities are blowing my mind…the more I let go the better life gets”. 

As you clear your trauma, everything around you starts falling into place and Colleen now realizes she’s actually become a magnet for opportunity and feels empowered because as she says, “my answers are within”, as it should be. 

Lastly, I talk about my new program, the quantum accelerator, a 4 month journey where we learn to work with our own energy and to collapse time and space to get from A to B really quickly.

Jocelyn Kelly Reid was my first coach and is a continuous source of inspiration to me because of how she really anchors her energy in.

Her journey started when she got a wake up call around how off-path she was.

She suffered a series of health scares that made her realize there was something she needed to do. Before, she was never self-development focused or spiritual; she was just going through the motions: go to good schools, get a good job, have a boyfriend etc. Even when she was experiencing severe codependency,  racing thoughts, and anxiety.

After listening to Louise Hay, “everything finally started to land”  and she manifested accordingly: “Once I realized that everything in my life was a byproduct of my choices, my decisions, my trauma, my energy…basically a byproduct of me, all of a sudden I felt like I was in the driver’s seat”. She completely changed her reality and started manifesting her dreams.

We also talk about trauma and how doing the work actually made her realize she was carrying trauma from her lineage. When you are dealing with trauma of any kind,  Jocelyn recommends addressing it or “just jump in and do something about it”. When she really got into a path of healing she was able to develop her psychic abilities and learned to trust her senses. For us, moving forward is all about facing the deepest darkest parts of ourselves because it’s the only way to grow. “There are no tricks”. 

In the same way, we talk about the importance of embodiment work. For many years, we have been accustomed to being ashamed of our bodies, when it is something to be celebrated. Our body is a key manifestation portal and we have to be able to be in sync with it to manifest abundance in any shape or form.
