Today, we delve into the heart of duality with a meditation focused on the Hermetic Principle of Polarity: 'Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled.' 2 We'll use the Anjali Mudra, the gesture of prayer and unity, to explore and harmonize the opposing forces within and around us. This mudra symbolizes the bringing together of duality, reminding us that opposites are not separate but interconnected aspects of a greater whole.

THIS WEEK'S THEME:

This week, we embark on a journey into the ancient and profound wisdom of Hermeticism. Hermeticism, attributed to the legendary figure Hermes Trismegistus, is a spiritual and philosophical tradition that has influenced thinkers for millennia. It offers a unique perspective on the nature of reality, the interconnectedness of all things, and the power of the mind.
