Next, Dr. Correa sits down with Dr. Carolina Barnett-Tapia, neurologist and associate professor of neurology at the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. Dr. Barnett-Tapia explains what myasthenia gravis is and why it may present differently in each person, as well as important considerations for caregivers when someone is newly diagnosed with the condition.
