Greg Weissert worked out a bases loaded jam in the 8th Inning. Aroldis Chapman worked a ((**(( 9th to close the door on the Rays and register his 12th save. Sox At the Dish: Jaren Duran led off the game with a Home Run on the 1st pitch of the Game from Zack Littell. Marcelo Mayer hit his 1st Fenway Home Run in the 2nd and that put the Red Sox up, 2-1. Mayer made it 3-1 with another solo shot in the 4th for his 1st career multi-Homer game. Abraham Toro hit the Red Sox 4th Home Run of the night in the 5th to put the Red Sox up, 4-3.

Walker Gets a Win: Walker Buehler gave up 3 earned runs over 7 innings and he picked up his 1st win since April 26th. He walked 1 and struck out 7 over 7.0 full innings. Buehler improved to 5-4 overall and he also picked up his 2nd win of the season against the Rays Wednesday night.

Van Belle pitched at Miami and is in his 5th year in the Red Sox organization. He will be the 5th player to make his MLB debut this season, joining Anthony, Marcelo Mayer, Kristian Campbell, & Hunter Dobbins. Van Belle was 5-1 with a 2.29 ERA in 12 Games (8 Game Starts) with Triple-A Worcester.
