The Red Sox returned home to Fenway Friday night and got back in the win column with a 6-1 win over the Minnesota Twins. Rafael Devers broke a 1-1 tie with a 2-out, 2-run single in the Bottom of the 7th Inning. The Sox added 3 more runs in the 8th Inning against the Twins bullpen.  The Red Sox collected 13 hits in the victory. Devers had 3 hits and 3 RBIs. David Hamilton had 3 hits and knocked in a run with an RBI Double in the 8th.

Bregman in the 1st: Alex Bregman got the Red Sox on the board 1st with a 2-out, solo Home Run in the Bottom of the 1st. It's Bregman's 8th Home Run of the season and his 5th of the season in the 1st Inning. Bregman also extended his hit streak to 12 in a row.

Bello's Outing: Brayan Bello, making his 3rd start since coming off the Injured List, worked into the 7th Inning Friday night. Bello departed from the game after reaching 102 pitches. Bello took a no-decision, but the Red Sox improved to 3-0 over his 1st 3 starts of the season. He gave up a solo Home Run to Ryan Jeffers in the 3rd and that tied the game at 1-1. He walked 1, struck out 5 and got 9 groundball outs.

Casas Injury: Tristan Casas was removed from the game in the Bottom of the 2nd Inning with an apparent left leg injury. Casas reached on an fielding error by pitcher Joe Ryan but crumbled to the ground past the 1st-base bag after appearing to land awkwardly on top of the bag.

Dobbins Coming Back: The Red Sox will bring Hunter Dobbins up from Triple-A Worcester to make the start on Saturday.  The 25-year-old will start with Walker Buehler having issues with his right shoulder.  Dobbins is 2-0 with the Red Sox this season and has allowed 4 runs (3 ER) over 11 Innings in picking up wins at home against the Cardinals and White Sox. Buehler was placed on the Injured List with shoulder inflammation on Friday.

What's On Tap?: The Red Sox and Twins continue their series at Fenway Saturday afternoon. The Red Sox have a scheduled day off on Monday and open up a 3-game series with the Texas Rangers Tuesday night.  The Red Sox opened up the season in Arlington and lost 3 of 4 to the Rangers in March and scored 6 total runs in the 3 losses during that series.
