Adam creates a past-life hypnosis session for a volunteer who was dealing with issues of regret and generational patterns. Although this session was designed to be a past life session it turned into a regression with the volunteer's life albeit from the perspective of his own child initially. Adam uses future pacing to see the end of the life to reveal the biggest regret to enable this outcome to be avoided and to break a generational pattern of self-sabotage.
