Anna Rudel, a compassionate and empathetic acupuncturist, faced the challenge of transitioning from a solo practitioner to a successful business leader and coach, learning to relinquish control and nourish her team along the way. She joins the podcast today to share some of her journey and some golden nuggets of wisdom too! "I realized that actually, I could see myself doing this for others and unknowingly stepped into a situation where I offered some help to a friend whose practice was in crisis. And that was the beginning of my journey as a coach. And I cannot tell you the joy it brings me." Anna Rudel is an experienced acupuncturist and business coach who has been running her own practice, Lokahi Acupuncture, since 2003. She recently joined Wellness Center Creators as a coach and is now facilitating the three-month coaching group, as well as accepting individual coaching clients.
