We forget to account for our human emotions in a field that is so inextricably tied to human interaction. No matter how much time we take to think about things and to examine our own communication style, our own emotional style, we’re still limited by our own perspective, by our own experiences and biases.

 

WHAT  I  LOVE  MOST… It was wonderful to have Justin come on and give us a gentle tap to remind us how important the human aspect of business and interaction is, and of course, tied to that is our rich emotional life.
