TODAY’S MAIN MESSAGE… we spend so much time talking about the academic side of leadership, growth, marketing, and sales but we forget to account for our human emotions in a field that is so inextricably tied to human interaction. No matter how much time we take to examine our communication and emotional styles, we’re still limited by our perspective, experiences and biases.
