Summer isn't a time to be suffering from fatigue- it's a time to be out enjoying the sunshine! Sadly enough, however, there are still some of us that are too tired despite how beautiful it is outside.

With my travels this week and the popularity of this topic, I've decided to make this Monday's radio show a replay of Dr. Dennis' interview on LifeWave patching protocols for adrenal fatigue and extreme exhaustion.

This show blew me away with with how many people called in saying they struggled with this issue! Perhaps the most frustrating thing I discovered for many people who struggle with constant exhaustion is how much effort it takes for them to get better!
