With the conclusion of the Super Rugby season comes the end of Rob Penney’s tenure with the Crusaders.
His three years coaching the team were something of a rollercoaster – with a horror first season at the helm followed by a title win, and this year making it only to the semi-finals.
Penney told Piney that for him, the greatest privilege is being a local lad and getting the opportunity to be involved with a great organisation.
