Roger Pielke Jr. is a professor at the University of Colorado Boulder. His research interests include Environmental Science, Innovation and Politics as well as Governance of Sports Organizations. He sat down with Lance in Austin to talk about the Caster Semenya case. Caster was recently ruled ineligible to run unless she takes medication to reduce her testosterone levels.
